We and Diocesan Refugee Network invites you to a workshop on how to sustain refugee committee volunteers in the face of compassion fatigue and burnout.

We will be joined by three panelists with a wealth of expertise in supporting refugees and managing volunteers:
- Dr. Mary Jo Leddy, founder of the Romero House refugee support community.
- the Rev. Canon Douglas Graydon, former hospital chaplain and coordinator of chaplaincy services for the Diocese of Toronto.
- Suzanne Lawson, ODT, one of Canada’s first certified volunteer administrators with a passion for applying her skills to church contexts.
